The Office of the Grundy County Clerk is responsible for the maintenance of Grundy County Certified Death Records. The records are strictly for individuals authorized by the office to have them and cost $20. If an additional copy is made at the same time, there will be an additional charge of $11. Requesters are required to submit an application for search of vital records to obtain them. Grundy County Certified Death Records are not public records.
