Nevertheless, each resident must pay a fee if they wish to obtain a copy. Birth record first copies in Carroll County cost $18.00. It then costs a supplementary $4.00 for every copy beyond that. In Carroll County, death record first copies cost $22.00. Any extra copy ordered concurrently as the original are then available for $6.00 each.
