The Wayne County office opening hours are from Monday to Friday, somewhere between 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. CST. In order to be granted a copy of a record, a person must also be able to show some form of photo identification. Any form of photo ID, including a driver's license or state ID is acceptable.
