NOTE - There are a number of rules that must be followed in order for Cass County habitants to obtain records. Records can only be obtained at the Cass County office from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. CST. Photo ID is needed if a person wants to request records. Examples of an appropriate form of photo ID include a driver's license or state ID. All Cass County requests must be put in writing.
